Ban Problem and Possible Rank Issue #340

I use SourceBans (which is correctly setup) and a single custom rank. I could 
not find the source of the issue that is making these errors come up.

These are spammed all the time:
Timer Error: [addons\evolve\lua\ev_framework.lua:553] attempt to index field 
'?' (a nil value)
Timer Error: [addons\evolve\lua\ev_framework.lua:980] attempt to index a 
boolean value

And this is the error when I try to ban someone:
[addons\evolve\lua\ev_plugins\sh_ban.lua:44] attempt to index field '?' (a nil 
value)

And yes I have the most recent SVN version. And sourceban's "dogroups" is off.

i get the lua 553 one spammed

I'm not getting the spammed errors.. Although I am getting this when i try to 
ban someone:

[EV] Plugin 'Ban' failed with error:
[EV] [addons\evolve\lua\ev_framework.lua:988] attempt to call field 
'BanPlayerBySteamIDAndIP' (a nil value)
