Give the functionality to change the players weapons they spawn with on their 
IngameRank

Already in it.

Open The Menu -> Go to the Ranks Tab, There see you (( Privileges in a window 
click on there it open a down menu there see you 

- Weapons

- Entities

- Tools

and you know now what to do :)
