evolve Hook error (again) #385

ok I spawn ,but I have no weapons and I can't spawn anything, or smite anybody 
(punish). infact now nobody can't even join, if I'm right this error appeared 
in somewhere in may but you fixed it, but it has happend again I'm not the only 
one I have other friends who uses this admin mod and other friend who tested it 
out all gave them the same hook error. please fix this error me and my friend 
really want to play on our server again.
