Turn off name tags #388

I would like evolve more if you could have a setting that would turn off the 
name tags that hover over each player. so instead of seeing XXXDevonXXX 
hovering over the player there would be nothing. it would help me hide the fact 
that i am the admin.

if your the owner its not posible to turn it off for you but disable the 
privlige "Player Names" on all ranks you dont want to see them (then say you 
disable it for guest then all guests wont b able to see them)

you can also go to addons/evolve/lua/ev_plugins an delete sh_playernames.lua 
then it wont show for anyone
