Unknown Command "ev" #398

Summary says what happens when I type in any ev command such as
ev rank playername [insertrankhere]

no brackets, completely correct format. It stops at ev and says it's not a 
command known to the server console.

Closed, I found the solution. I was apparently using an old version of evolve 
that did not like my servers client version. I reinstalled the svn folder and 
named it "evolve" (without quotations), put it in addons folder, then it worked 
with no problems.
