I am using a homebuilt map which contains a little jail-thing and I would like
to use that with Evolve - I just need a way to define the coordinates for jail
so we don't have to use !setjail at every server restart.
Additionally !setjail should be for the players position, not where he is
pointing, as you always have to spawn a prop to point at so jailed players
won't appear "inside" a prop...
