Console Commands Not Working #438

I recently installed Evolve to find that when I try to use bind <key> +ev_menu, 
it does not work. I tried ev rank <name> owner and found that it also doesn't 
work. Do I need to name the folder that contains the files a certain name, or 
what?

ev rank <name> owner -> in server console ?

bind <key> +ev_menu -> your gmod console ?
ex: bind p +ev_menu
