!Cexec Doesnt Work #448

When i try to run the !Cexec Command, No matter what i use to execute, for 
example i tried running exec skill on my self and i just get this message in 
console. FCVAR_SERVER_CAN_EXECUTE prevented server from running command: 
*Command* So Im not quite sure if im just using the Mod wrong,or im just 
Stupid. And also its supposed to be typed in !Cexec (command) (Nickname) (arg), 
Im not sure what arg means. So if you could explain that as well that would be 
wonderful. But eitherwise, great mod and just let me know.

You gotta do it like this:

!cexec (Nickname) (command) (arguments)
