I have been facing this for a long time i cant open the menu i have binded the 
keys oh another thing to add it doesnt work on any other admin mod either.

Ok sorry i finally fixed it i was never using rcon until now i decided to try 
rcon and do it that way now it works thanks for this wonderful admin mod.
