After installing sourcebans, I tested the ban system and received this in-game
error:
Plugin 'Ban' failed with error:
[addons\evolve\lua\ev_framework.lua:988] attempt to call field
'BanPlayerBySteamIDAndIP' (a nil value)
I only recieved it using the chat command, the console command just didn't
return anything, and didn't complete the ban.
