Can't Reset Ranks When Accidently Set as owner #484

In my listening server I accidently made someone owner and now I can't de-rank 
them and I want only me as owner! I really don't want to have to re-install 
evolve but I'll try that, if anyone can think of how to reset ranks tell me!
