Owner immunity + Duplicating messages? #487

For some reason as Owner, my admins can goto me, slay me, etc, and you can't 
edit the owner rank in the menu. Is there an alternative way of setting the 
Owner's immunity? 

As for the duplicating messages issue, whenever someone says something it says 
it in the regular Dakrp format and in the Evolve format (Ranks, colors). How 
can I fix this?
