Bring https://github.com/mistifyio/mistify-logrus-ext into mistify/pkg/. EIther keep the name logrusx or call it what we usually import it as, logx. Update the mistify packages accordingly, but leave the old mistify-agent* and lochness code pointing at the old external repo for now.

Moved this to the pkg/logrusx directory (package was already logrusx). Holding off on PR until issues are setup in cerana/cerana
