1.1. Search for Virtual Machine, +Create Virtual Machine, Enter in the information needed,

Virtual machine name: enterprise-d
Availability options: Availability zone
Availability zone: 1
Image: Windows Server 2019 Datacenter - Gen2
Size: StandardD2sv3
username: azureuser and password: Testing123456
Hit Review and Create
1.2. At the Virtual machine resource, click on Connect, download RDP file, enter in username and password, Click Yes to test it out, can close right after.
1.3. Click on the Bastion tab,
Step 1: Enter in the address space: 10.0.1.0/24, Save
Step 2: Click Create Subnet, Network security group: None, Select resource group: enterprise
Step 3: Click create Azure Bastion using defaults [Will take some time to complete]
Update: Updated version of Microsoft Azure may complete Step 1 for you already.
1.4. Go back to Virtual machine enterprise-d Bastion, Enter in username: azureuser and password: Testing123456, click Connect
1.5. Delete resource group after experimenting with Azure Bastion.
