biogems.info not correctly parsing issues #4

issues are all zero on the website. It was working before.

These parsers should be turned into Rspec tests

What issues = {"issues"=>[]} is supposed to do in /bin/list-bio.rb:100 get_github_issues def?

It continues when package has faulty URL even without it and issues numbers are displayed correctly.
