Fix download stats #64

Rubygems is not giving last 90d stats any longer - still should work according to API docs.

It confuses the arrows on the left.

The API merely returns zeroes at this point. Disabled the trend arrows for now.

Mostly his work suggests a RoR bias on download stats. But yes, download metrics are not perfect. I still like the trend indicators though, if only for the visual candy ;)
