Nerve (assessments) seems to be nerve palpation... you then have descriptions of side and if it is enlarged or tender

If you split out the "nerve palpation" section, than you could get rid of the word nerve and start with the name of the nerve. At which point I would recommend names of Com.Peroneal and Post.Tib. if you include the "word" nerve, I would just abbreviate as "n".

On the nerve palpation section, it might be good to have "normal" as one of the choices (as contrasted from "did not look")
