It is a little difficult to be reading through long lists with no seeming organization. Is it possible to have check boxes that make other forms visible? Or jump you to the other form? So you could have a check mark for sensory assessment and then jump to a page that was just sensory assessment.

I have introduced toggled views. I think that goes a long way towards this issue.
