Couldn't connect to webcam. #1065

when i run this command ,i got such error,what makes that happen?please tell me how to fix this issuse and i would appreciate ./darknet detector demo cfg/coco.data cfg/yolov3.cfg yolov3.weights

error: Couldn't connect to webcam. : Resource temporarily unavailable

darknet: ./src/utils.c:256: error: Assertion `0' failed.

Do you have another software still using your webcam (like skype in background) ?
