directory index parser #302

Need to write parser for $i30 index allocation entries...

This will display a list of the files and their respective datetime,size, etc properties in an html list.

Working for $INDEX_ROOT and $INDEX_ALLOCATION. will need further testing to determine if there are any errors in the parser, but so far it seems to work.

will close for now and open a new ticket if any errors crop up.
