Jump to Next Filtered Item #304

jump to next/previous filtered item by keyboard works, but only if you are on a filtered item to start, if you are not on a filtered item it won't get started...

need to fix this so it will go to a filtered item...

Filter count no longer displays the correct # when a filter is applied..

fixed. it now jumps to the first in the selected item isn't one of the filtered items.
