manual carve in tree #322

manual carve in the tree slows down the operation...

investigate to speed up back to where it should be... also, modify "path" column for manual carved. I don't like the look of it, it is a child of e0, so it doesn't need the e0->0x#, just the 0x#

treeview was slow due to icon. fixed by removing icon, will try to find a better one to speed it up...
