Remove aff4imager/linpmem from resources #355

Since I can't get the c++ aff4lib to compile, I can't implement an aff4 fuse module, so I might as well remove the aff4imager until i get that working, and then maybe i can implement an aff4 imager functional call rather than a command line binary.
