Need to verify code cleanup and work on removing all the compile warning.

On hold until the fuse removal and more memory efficient forensic image parsing is implemented.

moving to v0.5, don't feel like doing this at the moment, removed most old fuse code, but might want to reference some older code as i work on new features.
