New easy 'big bang'-style test fixtures for the command-side... Feeds "given" events to the event store, executes a command, and watches to see what plops out the other end. Includes examples in the MyNotes solution.

Cool! Pulled it, quick reviewed it and was impressed. :)

I rewrote the commit message so the first one "refs #38" (instead of "issue #38") and the last one "fixes #38" (instead of issue #38).
