Does not work on debian 10 #1

This module does not seem to work on debian 10, where the resp. configuration file location is /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf

Surprising, given that https://github.com/pjz/webmin-modules/blob/master/hostap/config says exactly that. If it does move, that config file would be the place to change it.
