Issue with symphony Annotations #23

Hi, Is there some way to ignore or validate symphony (framework) annotations? I work on symphony and php-obfuscator remove them from the source code. What can i do in such case?

yakpro-po has been designed for standalone php applications... ... no framework, no plugins of known CMS ...
