php_strip_whitespace returned an empty string! #26

Hello,

I'm trying to cover up a Laravel project. There are some empty PHP files leading to the problem. Can you build in a content check before php_strip_whitespace(...) is called?

allow ignoring empty php files on 1.8.11 release
