Can't open Coilsnake. #258

When i execute the .exe file, two windows appear consecutively:

"No error messages generated FormatMessageW: Incorrect parameter"

and then

"Error loading Phyton DLL '\AppData\Local\Temp_MEI55762\phyton39.dll' LoadLibrary: PyInstaller : FormartMessageW failed."
