plugin folder name inconsistency #17

in windows,

the plugin folder name was ..\plugin\QgisGeopackage in v0.3 this changed to ..\plugin\qgpkg in v0.3.1

installed the latest version directly using the zip file.

really looking forward to this plugin.. being a fan of geopakage.
