0.2.0 Release Process #95

Once all features and tests are complete,

  1. Tag a release candidate
  2. Upgrade the production version to the release candidate
  3. Configure bitcoind so that mainnet, testnet and regtest all work.
  4. Check-in the sample bitcoin.conf file and reference from the install guide
  5. Update the sample status email in README

Created v0.2.0-rc tag

Production instance is now on v0.2.0-rc....

After using the sample bitcoin.conf file, the production instance is working.
