Make it easier to add/update schema in generated project #1

The generated project should contain a general-purpose utility for generating a DH-compatible, JSON-formatted schema from a YAML LinkML schema. This currently happens on project generation, but it's not unreasonable to expect that a project may have an upstream schema that gets updated periodically and they'd want to keep the DH project in sync with it.

This was fixed in #2 and released with v0.0.2
