When a loud project is exported and is then played there is a clicking artifact in the audio

i use chrome on a msi cx61 i used boosted psi throw em shade reduced the volume by around 50% then exported it as a stereo wav then played that and the audio clicks when volume spikes. i tried using ableton and fl studio and waveform and audacity and tenacity but theyre all to difficult and autistic
