State for menubar icon: quick visual indication of time-tracking being on or off #13

The app now launches with the menubar icon in a grayed-out state (I added a grayed-out version of clock.png to resources/). When time-tracking is switched on (for any task), the icon changes to a bold state (the original clock.png). When time-tracking is switched off, the icon changes back to the grayed-out state.
