Font size Issue and resizing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Detach Window, Ctrl - to zoom out
2. Close Window
3. Click on JIRA assistant icon, the window hasn't resized properly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The window isn't properly resize when zoomed in.  Instead, would it be possible 
to control the font-size from Options?  This will also allow you to control the 
size of the bubble.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, Latest Chrome + extension

Please provide any additional information below.
Also, after fiddling around, the options was grayed out and I can't access it 
anymore (since the page resized and not showing the options.  Could you put the 
Options button on the Chrome>Tools>Extensions page as well?

FYI: The resizing problem arose because I'm using 1600x900 on a laptop 15" 
screen, so the text is too small to read.

Additionally,

I just closed Chrome and reopened, and the bubble is the same size with the 
same font size, so I can't see the Options button.

I'll have to uninstall and reinstall the extension I believe to reset the 
window.
