Stops working after a period of time. #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install extension and configure
2. Verify extension works, and you can see you issues
3. Go to sleep. Wake Up. No more issues appear in extension.
4. Remove and reinstall the extension. Reconfigure it. Issues appear again.
5. Go to sleep. Wake Up. No more issues appear in extension.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.0.5. 
Ubuntu 12.10
Google Chrome   25.0.1364.172 (Official Build 187217)
Self-hosted instance of JIRA

Also noticed, that when it stops working, if I go to Manage Extensions and 
disable/enable the extension, it will start working again.

Okay, there was an issue; There was a problem with auth and now it should be 
fixed, can you please confirm?
