XMLPullParser Error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create WCF web service in VS2010
2.Host web service in IIS
3.Call web service in java android project debugging in the emulator

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The method is supposed to get called and return a value, instead this error 
comes up:
org.xmlpull.v1.XmlPullParserException: unexpected type (position:END_DOCUMENT 
null@1:0 in java.io.InputStreamReader@4052cd08) 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.7 Windows 7 Android version 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried to call this service from the Visual Studio hosting server, IIS, 
debugging in my Droid 2 phone,  calling the web service using my external ip 
address. None of these have solved the issue

That is not information to tell if you everything is working fine or not. Read
