Beta 16 broken #25

Trying to either load a SPIR-V resource or compile SPIR-V source in C# causes a crash in beta 16. I'll see if I can help fix this upstream, but beta 16 is probably unusable.

Bug confirmed upstream, we'll wait for beta 17.
