Load error in test-adhoc and samples #441

1. Run test-adhoc.html 
2. Run examples:
 Sort nodes using drag-and-drop
 Move nodes using drag-and-drop
 Standard jQuery drag-and-drop
You will see loading error

Versions of the dynatree 1.2.4 and jQuery 1.8.3 
OS Win7 Ultimate x 64
Browser Chrome.
Running official sample that comes w/ installation

As of 2014 Dynatree is feature frozen.
Please have a look at Fancytree (sequel of DynaTree 1.x): chances are good that 
the problem was resolved / the requested featuer is already implemented.
Please open a new issue there otherwise:
