Select Box not rendering correctly via web server. #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I display the same page through WebSphere and outside Websphere.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expecting to see the select box as per first image where when you tap on it the 
screen slides to display the options.
Instead I see the standard HTML select box.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iui-0.40-dev2 running on WebSphere 6.0

Please provide any additional information below.

I am getting the same thing even on safari desktop and mobile browser
