Form dialog above another form view (page) confuses Mobile Safari Form Assistant #334

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load an iUI page that contains form views and a dialog form
2. Make a form view the "selected" page
3. Touch al link to activate the dialog form
4. Use the Previous and Next buttons in Form Assistant

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One would expect Previous and Next to become inactive when the first/last input 
elements of the dialog are reached.  Instead Form Assistant will navigate into 
the form underneath the dialog.
