Remeber scroll position when user hits back button #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in the digg example, click load 25 more button
2. click on a digg story
3. click back button
4. it doesn't remember scroll position.

here is my patch, it's remember position and orientation, after back use 
position if
orientation not changed, and scroll to element on different orientation

this .patch do i just open in dreamweaver then go line by line and add it into 
the
iui.js file?
