Not rendering correctly. Extra checkboxes at bottom of email list #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View email
2. I see 3 checkboxes at the bottom of my email list that aren't associated
with anything
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I also have this problem. And also, the checkboxes that are associated with a 
title does not have the right border.
