gm desk encountered exe problem #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loaded gm desk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest  - windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.
gm desk will load but not open  - usual microsoft error message of 
experiencing problem with exe and will close.
