Update introduction lecture #116

The intro lecture does not fit the rest of the course anymore as it is the only lecture that was taken from a different source. I want to rework it. It should contain NLP tasks like POS tagging, NER, etc.

Potential section headline: "Understanding Language" or "Dissecting Language"
