Align assignment files with solutions #154

My private solutions and the source files diverged a little bit, i.e. I noticed that the docstings and instructions are a bit out of sync. I need to align them.

delete solution files and keep them only in private repo
remove _private.py files from .gitignore
also check edit distance notebook
