Add lecture about basic concepts #93

Concepts and terminology that appear throughout the lecture should be explained and defined once in a central place. I need to check the lecture to see to which concepts that applies. Here are some examples:

vocabulary
corpus
NN and backpropagation
supervised vs. unsupervised vs. self-supervised
conditional probabilities
etc.
