Add placeholder for upstream docs? #107

Minor, convenience. I suggest we add a section in README or a separate doc for the documentation for the node context. Most appropriate might be add to README and remove anything covering the same ground, since the node documentation should be complete.

This will be relevant for #85 for which I consider the documentation the key to success.

And only worth doing if it makes things easier for @bcoe, not harder or more work! Direct suggestions can be done on PR.
