10 months ago I just tried this again to see if it was still a problem and it is and has the same error. Here's the new commands
In docker (Ubuntu):

Some actions do not make sense in Ad-Hoc (include, meta, etc)so, looks like this go caught up in another bugfig along the way. closing, but re-open if there's still issues. confirmed on almalinux as well.
I only tried 2 containers. I tried installing Ansible in an AlmaLinux VM and it didn't have an error, so I'm assuming this is only happening in containers.
