Effect editor: Effect preview #19

Currently there is no preview for effect. Please add preview for both for "Add Effect" and "Active Effects" windows.

(yeah, sorry for that many issues, just providing feedback)

I can do so in a manner similar to how I added material previews, which are pre-rendered.
